Initial Appointment

Your initial appointment will typically last 90 minutes.  It will include a review of your current health concerns, past health history, a review of Traditional Chinese Medicine systems, and any other necessary evaluations.  During this session your acupuncturist will spend the time to understand your condition and you as a whole in order to construct a treatment plan designed specifically for you.

 

First-time patients should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in order to complete all necessary forms.

 

 

Follow-up Appointments

Follow-up visits typically last 60 minutes and will include a 10 -15 minute review of your progress and roughly 45 minutes of needle retention, tui na, cupping, or other therapeutic technique.  

 

 

Lateness and Cancellation Policy

All appointment cancellations or reschedulings must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or  you will be responsible for the full cost of treatment for the missed appointment.  This policy also applies if you are more than 20 minutes late to a scheduled appointment.
